Chapter Four: The Visiting Prelature for the Congregation of Colors

A divide of the power is already happening within the fabric of society, a slow conversion aimed at reversing the many creeds, the many beliefs and the system in which such faith is held and professed, by the same innocent people who are the descendants of the murderers, the monsters of literature. They are the villains of the thickening plot, and the Magicians are getting ready for their fair share of ultimate justice and redemption.

The Semi-Autonomous See of Colors has been established under the most prudent terms from which the two governments have agreed to accept the pretext of their own political standpoints. From there, the possible scenarios of the future have been carefully forecasted and imagined, and those pertaining to any attempt to abuse the terms of this Agreement shall suffer the penalty of the most painful death.

But this clause of the Contractual Obligation was seen to be too harsh for someone to actually invoke the penalties described in the instrument, more so to actually inflict upon someone the barbaric terms of the provisions of this "sinister" obligation.

The main reasons for resorting to this grave abuse of severe penalties has always been about a future occurence that both factions of the Sovereign See of Dunster are trying to avoid, but would want to triumph if ever, indeed, a civil war will erupt in the future. The formalities in accepting the legality of these Illustrators, which the Scientific Council has called as the covetous "Shapeshifters," are part of a hidden plan to outsmart the Literary faction into believing that eternal cooperation was possible.

But this land only belongs to the Scientific Council alone from the very beginning. The Committee does not have a solid legal standing in direct regard to their ancestral claims to these lands, other than the benevolence of the Scientists who created "Literary Pursuit" in the anticipation and promotion of Peace.

The Founders were right about their solemn attempt to balance the interests of scientific pursuit within the Society they have generously founded with literary sense, (referring to the map provided) which they have originally located just beneath the third quadrant of the cornerstone of this Autonomous Story; however, the odds are vulnerable regarding the uncertainty for their descendants to eternally honor this majestic promise.

They have hoped that the path to lasting Peace shall be upheld in all areas of contention, and there is nothing left to do for them other than to continue having faith on the humanities and the scientific method by hoping that a harmony would continue to exist.

It is the precursor of faith that contimues to blend in the balance of nature. But the love to be produced by the great literatures have formally shifted in the form of hope, as sacrifice and suffering has been held as "the greatest form of obedience" to the causes of the soul. For them obedience means death, but nobody was ready to die.

To the Committee, to live is to suffer. If this is an eternal truth to be held, indeed, then by living after the physical body dies becomes the main contention for love, because to live is rare than just to exist once the demise is certain.

These are the main reasons for the canonical erection of the See of Colors. It existed, alright, but none of them has agreed to all the statements of the articles that were stated to justify the glory of its existence.
